Your Role

As part of the Complaints and Customer Resolution Service, you will provide support to the AU and NZ CCR team with complaint registrations, data analysis and insights, reporting and other administrative activities. You will be responsible for:

Monitoring and actioning CCR Service mailboxes  Ensuring new complaints are registered within agreed SLAs and are coded correctly in the system and allocated to analysts Data analysis: trends and analysis reporting Assisting the Manager with new starter training and ongoing training requirements Providing feedback to the Manager in relation to the team and processes Continuous improvement of end-to-end administrative processes and activities

What we're looking for

Ideally, a strong coordinator with some insurance experience within claims or complaints, who has a keen interest in analysing data and providing insights. You'll be accountable for delegating claims to the right team members and ensuring they are resolved on time; so multi-tasking, strong time management skills, technical proficiency as well as effective relationship management skills will be crucial to your success!
