What you will be doing:
Mediate and resolve disputes and complaints between online gaming platforms and users in a fair and impartial manner.Investigate and gather information on complaints and disputes, including reviewing gaming logs, communication records, and other relevant data.Communicate effectively with all parties involved to understand their perspectives and facilitate a resolution process.Provide recommendations and solutions to resolve disputes in accordance with industry regulations and best practices.Maintain accurate records of dispute cases, including documentation of findings, decisions, and outcomes.Monitor trends in disputes and identify opportunities to improve dispute resolution processes and prevent future conflicts.Collaborate with legal teams, customer support, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to dispute resolution in the online gaming sector.Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information and maintaining trust with all parties involved.
Who we are looking for:
Bachelor's degree in Law, Conflict Resolution, or related field. Additional certifications in mediation or arbitration are a plus.Proven experience in mediation, conflict resolution, or alternative dispute resolution, preferably in the online gaming industry.Strong understanding of online gaming platforms, industry regulations, and user behaviours.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize with diverse perspectives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex situations, identify key issues, and propose effective solutions.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in managing dispute cases and documentation.Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.Ethical conduct and commitment to upholding fairness, integrity, and professionalism in dispute resolution processes.Apply
