Job Location: Must live within a commutable distance of a MetLife Office near Aurora IL, Bloomfield CT, Bridgewater NJ, Cary NC, Clarks Summit PA, Oriskany NY, Tampa FL, Warwick RI, San Juan PR In office once a month for meetings Principal Responsibilities: * Research claims and service complaints using multiple applications and systems. * Partner with the Claims and Service Organizations to bring the complaint to resolution. * Communicate with the complainant, various Departments of Insurance, and internal customers as needed. * Update claim applications with complaint status and resolution.
