Key ResponsibilitiesComplaint Handling: Receive, investigate, and resolve customer complaints in a timely and effective manner.
Customer Service: Maintain high standards of customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all complaints are handled in accordance with relevant healthcare regulations and Cigna's policies.
Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on complaint trends and outcomes for management review.
Communication: Liaise with various departments to address and resolve complaints efficiently.
Process Improvement: Identify areas for service improvement and implement corrective actions.
Training: Provide training and guidance to staff on effective complaint handling procedures.
Qualifications and SkillsUAE National.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
Previous experience in a customer service or complaint handling role, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Arabic.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Interpersonal Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to handle sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy.
