**Complaints Specialist 2** **You are responsible for**        * Conducting returned product investigation in the Device Analysis Area        * Collaborating with other internal groups to respond to product inquiries and issues.        * Notifying management and other required functions of investigation findings that are potential safety concerns.        * Establishing priorities based on Aging, Potential Safety or CAPA investigations, according to business needs.        * Leading weekly meetings with manufacturing to provide relevant information regarding the device analysis findings **To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following** + Advanced Student or graduated in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Quality Engineering or similar, or a combination of equivalent job experience in related field. + Intermediate to advanced English knowledge. + Advanced Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). + Minitab knowledge and Statistics and Quality Tools knowledge. (Preferred) + Onsite **How we work together** We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
