Summary of This RoleInvestigates fraud accounts on behalf of the client; reviews and makes recommendations for action in pursuit of recovery. May make recommendation to client on pursuing legal action. Responsible for process from preparation, processing and finalizing case disposition. Every phase of the review process must be closely documented based on established guidelines and/or procedures.
What Part Will You Play?Supports more experienced Fraud Investigators while developing knowledge and skills required to investigate credit card fraud cases by following established processes, procedures and direction from more experienced investigators, to collect and document supporting evidence in accordance with the Suspicious Activity Reporting (SAR) requirements.Assists more experienced Fraud Investigators with the preparation to testify in court by gathering/organizing supporting data as directed.Begins to develop knowledge of processes, regulations and applicable federal and/or state laws on credit card fraud and fraud recovery through research of internal/external resources and assisting more experienced Fraud Investigators.What Are We Looking For in This Role?Minimum Qualifications
