As Senior Sales Manager for The Complexed Hiltons of Chicago, you would be responsible for developing market segments and soliciting new customers to purchase food, beverage, guestrooms, and utilize event facilities in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of hotel group sales experience, be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills comfortable soliciting new business and fostering long term client relationships.

\n\nRequirements:
\n\n2+ years of hotel sales experience

\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nIncrease qualified group booking volume by developing key relationships with new accounts and growing production with assigned existing accounts.

\n\n\n\tRespond to sales inquiries from potential customers seeking sleeping rooms, meeting space, food and beverage services, etc.\n\tMethodically solicit potential clients for future business on an on-going basis.\n\tEstablish and maintain visibility with accounts.\n\tDetermine rates, prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and analyze lost business.\n\tPlan and execute site inspections as required. \n\tMeet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual group sales goals.\n\tConduct outside sales calls and polished presentations to local companies and schools.\n\tAttend hotel and industry related functions and tradeshows.\n\tEntertain potential and existing clientele to develop and maintain relationships.\n\n\nSupportive Functions:

\nThe annual salary for this role starts at $75,000 or more and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.
