REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business; Human Services or related discipline with a minimum of 3 years of experience in operational compliance, project management, business controls or financial auditing -OR- any relevant combination of experience and training of the above requirements as approved by the organization.Familiarity and experience working with regulators in a human service, community-based healthcare systems.Experience formulating, affecting, interpreting, and implementing policies and processes to ensure a strong control environment.Software skills, including use of Microsoft Office software (SharePoint), data analytics tools, and web-based applications (Microsoft Bi, Tableau, Excel) with the ability to perform in-depth analyses of large datasets to identify activities that require compliance investigation. Familiarity with SQL and Crystal Reports a plus.Access to a vehicle is required.ACT 33/34/73 clearances required

SCHEDULE:  (This is an exempt/salary position)

Monday through Friday along with some non-traditional business hours may be required.

SUMMARY

The Compliance, Quality & Risk (CQR) Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that behavioral health programs remain compliant with licensing requirements and manage risks effectively. Key responsibilities include:

Compliance Maintenance: Ensuring that all programs adhere to licensing requirements and other regulatory standards.Risk Management: Handling incident management, including analysis, reporting, and resolution.Quality Assurance: Developing and implementing inspection and monitoring activities to ensure high standards are maintained.Documentation: Gathering, organizing, filing, and maintaining records to ensure full compliance.Monitoring: Keeping track of expiration dates for compliance documents and obtaining updates as necessary.Communication: Engaging in daily phone and email communications with both internal and external contacts, requiring effective verbal and written interaction.
