Compliance Administrator
General Description: Responsible for administrative support to the Senior Compliance Specialist. Includes assistance with broker on-boarding and licensing, carrier contracts, and affiliate compliance. 
Responsibilities:• Communicate with internal staff regarding open action items relating to compliance requirements.• Validate broker and carrier documentation. Includes compliance/SOX auditing.• Utilize internal systems to manage and track compliance related action items and issues.• Coordinate efforts with team members, especially during on-boarding and audits. Ensure all processes and documentation have been prepared to meet standards.• Communicate regularly with management and other staff members regarding all aspects of administration to ensure service excellence.• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with all staff.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:• Prior administrative experience preferred.• Knowledge of insurance industry preferred.• Proficient in Microsoft Office products, including Excel. Experience with data entry, formatting, and formulas required.• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy, team environment.• Detail oriented with strong verbal and written communication skills.• Professional, resourceful, dedicated, and dependable.• Timely, efficient, and accurate administrative and data entry skills.
