Compliance Administrator

**SUMMARY:**
The Compliance Administrator will review and operate systems including financial and information services, to ensure compliance with contract control requirements and measures. Assists in implementing, evaluating and compiling with Federal Services Division programs and contracts in accordance with the standards and procedures set out by the organization and the applicable contract statements of work / work statements. Manage reporting of all government contracts and related activities.
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• Examines assigned records and statements for accuracy.
• Collaborates with HR to ensure proper staffing needs are met.
• As appropriate, identifies and recommends updates to procedures.
• Assists division management with contractual updates to reports.
• Collects all documentation necessary for reporting and audits.
• Identifies any deficiencies within the auditing process and meets with appropriate staff to resolve such deficiencies.
• Reports audit findings.
• Collects, reviews, analyzes and updates data related to the company’s information systems and functions on a daily basis.
• Conducts periodic audits of Monthly Activities Reports with all contract task orders and modifications to ensure data accuracy.
• Evaluates compliance of assessed systems.
• Conducts efficiency analysis on assigned services and systems.
• Identifies discrepancies, risks, and other problems, then reports findings to upper management; recommends appropriate corrective measures.
• Promotes and educates benefits of adopted control measures; encourages stakeholders and other responsible parties to adopt changes necessary to correct problems and noncompliance.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:**
• This position has no supervisory responsibility.

**QUALIFICATIONS:**

**EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:**
• Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline preferred.
• At least two years of related experience is required.
**LANGUAGE SKILLS:**
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations using English language.
Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations, respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, other employees of the organization and the general public.
**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:**
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
**REASONING ABILITY:**
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
**COMPUTER SKILLS:**
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Contact Management systems; Internet programs; Inventory software; Payroll systems; MS Office software; intermediate to advanced MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) software skills.
**CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:.**
Valid State Driver’s License; CPR/AED/First Aid Certification.
**OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:**
Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
