Testing and Reporting Services (TRS) provides annual reporting and other services to more than 25,000 plan sponsors at Fidelity Investments. TRS’ services span several work streams: Plan Year End Summary (PYES), Form 5500, Employer Calculations & Additional Testing (ECATs), Nondiscrimination Testing (NDT), and Customer Service. TRS produces more than 125,000 annual reporting campaigns which are provided electronically via our highly secure client portal – Plan Sponsor Webstation (PSW). This suite of reporting is the underpinning for our plan sponsor’s annual compliance related activity. Services we provide are provided to clients’ auditors and to governmental agencies such as the Department of Labor (DOL) or Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Our team manages Service Level Agreements and regulatory deadlines that must be met in order to avoid penalties and to maintain client satisfaction.
The TRS Center of Excellence (COE) team is a group of analysts, project managers, and compliance experts who work with teams across TRS and Fidelity Workplace Investing on modernization efforts in Process and Technology.
The Compliance Advisor role is a member of the COE team, and focuses on ongoing updates to processes and technology as the regulatory environment evolves.

Fidelity’s hybrid working model blends the best of both onsite and offsite work experiences. Working onsite is important for our business strategy and our culture. We also value the benefits that working offsite offers associates. Most hybrid roles require associates to work onsite all business days of every other week in a Fidelity office.
At Fidelity, we value honesty, integrity, and the safety of our associates and customers within a heavily regulated industry. Certain roles may require candidates to go through a preliminary credit check during the screening process. Candidates who are presented with a Fidelity offer will need to go through a background investigation, detailed in this document, and may be asked to provide additional documentation as requested. This investigation includes but is not limited to a criminal, civil litigations and regulatory review, employment, education, and credit review (role dependent). These investigations will account for 7 years or more of history, depending on the role. Where permitted by federal or state law, Fidelity will also conduct a pre-employment drug screen, which will review for the following substances: Amphetamines, THC (marijuana), cocaine, opiates, phencyclidine.
