The Execution Associate Analyst 2 is an entry-level position responsible for performing risk and compliance reviews in coordination with the broader Anti-Money Laundering (AML) team. The overall objective is to conduct reviews and analysis on business cases. **Responsibilities:** + Perform case creation activities required to support monthly case drop (e.g., bulk upload) processes. + Generate reports and/or metrics to assist with case allocation activities. + Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely creation of cases in accordance with internal operational timelines. + Support CRIU with identifying operational and quality impacts. + Assist with AML reviews of account activity to completion. + Conduct research using various internal and external databases. + Document and prepare case files with the required supporting documentation for case creation (when needed). + Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency. **Qualifications:** + 0-2 years’ relevant experience + Comprehensive knowledge of AML regulations preferred + Proficient computer skills + Effective verbal and written communication skills + Excellent analytical and problem solving skills **Education:** + Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience This job description provides a high-level review of the types of work performed.
