SUMMARY

The Compliance Analyst will focus on KYC verification, review e-pay applications for new customers and existing customers. You will ensure that all information is complete, accurate, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Complete due diligence reviews, document processing, and KYC analysis of applications Record findings of each application within our systems Make decisions based on department standards. Communicate professionally and clearly with our customers. Support frontline representatives by responding to questions and concerns. Keeping up to date on all policy and procedure updates and applying those changes to your reviews Assist management in procedures and standards, identifying concerns, and making recommendations to improve efficiency and effectiveness within the department.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

Graduate of any four-year course With at least 1 to 2 years' experience in KYC (Know Your Customer), Fraud Analysis, Risk and Compliance Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply. Accuracy and Attention to Detail - Ability to process information with high levels of Effective Verbal & Written Communications – Able to effectively communicate accurately and concisely with peers and senior management. Time Management – Understanding business priorities to effectively and efficiently deliver expected results and meet established SLA’s. Multitasking – Ability to manage multiple objectives, projects, or activities, making Effective use of time and resources to prioritize all deliverables. Office Support Tools –Ability to use office support tools available at the desktop (MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Salesforce, etc.) Solid analytical, verbal, and written communication skills Ability to work with little supervision. Strong decision maker; exhibits sound and accurate judgment. Ability to recognize and escalate situations as deemed necessary. Highly motivated, self-driven and results-oriented Must be willing to work in a fixed Night Shift schedule. Must be flexible in terms of work Arrangement (90 days working on site and Hybrid after 3 months).
