Compliance Analyst IThe Compliance Analyst 1 (deposit Return Systems) is a corporate position responsible for managing the data associated with Deposit Return Systems (DRS) and Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) in the U.S.Essential Functions
Collect and analyze monthly data from recycling partners to identify trends and areas to investigate.Coordinate with various internal teams to monitor redemption rates and reduce fraud.Coordinate with internal teams and recycling partners to improve the recycling stream.Maintain the deposit initiator list and update the applicable recycling companies and state registrations.Interact with company department(s) and customers to ensure that all label changes are accurately incorporated in final artwork.Communicate with Sales and customers regarding DRS and EPR, as needed.Help with and conduct other compliance research as neededDevelop and maintain positive rapport and working relationship within and across departments.Please note this job description is not designed to contain a comprehensive list of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
