Join our team in an exciting role at one of Australia's largest quarries, beautifully situated by the sea in Shell Cove, NSW.
As the Compliance and Admin Process Supervisor at Bass Point Quarry, you will be an integral part of the site management team, ensuring adherence to operating consents and licenses, overseeing financial and business processes, and identifying opportunities for business improvement. This is a full-time position and reports directly to the Quarry Manager.
In your new role you will be:
Ensuring compliance and monitoring of the Operational consent and Enviromental Protection license
Assisting the quarry manager and supervisors with the safe and efficient operations of the quarry including internal Health, Safety, Enviromental and Quality compliance.
Compiling and tracking of monthly production and associated cost, inline with the production plan and monthly budget.
Completing month end operational reporting.
Assisting with a wide range of high level administration tasks including HR, customer engagement, community engagement and procurement.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Tertiary qualification in Enviromental, Finance, Mining or Civil Engineering or similar.
3 years experience as a compliance manager or similar.
3 years experience as an office manager.
3 years practical experience in a similar role
3 years experience as a business analyst in a mining or quarrying role.
