Job Description SummaryThe Regional Compliance and Monitoring Leader for Electrification Software in India will run all aspects of our compliance program across the region, as well as performing monitoring and testing work globally. The role will be based in India and report to the Chief Compliance Officer for GE Vernova Electrification Software business. The role will engage business leaders and managers at all levels of the organization to influence culture and ensure an environment that fosters open reporting and compliance.Job Description

Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for understanding the Electrification Software business, organization, relevant industry regulations, and internal policies and procedures.Ensure the implementation of the Enterprise Standards and identifying and raising gaps for remediation as needed in the region.Support the commercial motion in the region by conducting compliance reviews of commercial deals and partners, oversight on projects in execution, third party due diligence and approvals and review and approval of business courtesies.Support the CCO by leading compliance monitoring efforts globally and partnering with internal/external auditors in execution of audits.Ensure the Open Reporting program maintains a high standard of excellence and responsiveness to employee concerns in the region. Support Ombuds Investigations as needed.Provide support and expertise in critical matters such as government investigations and high-priority legal investigations.Oversee the development and implementation of compliance campaigns, training sessions and cascading communications in the region and in local languages as needed.Support global compliance risk assessments, as well as development and implementation of mitigation plans at the region level.Gather and analyse compliance related data, trends, risks, and gaps and construct strategic responses, lead improvement of processes and programs at the region level.Project site visits on an as needed basis to support the implementation of compliance culture, processes, and controls at the site.Serve as a focal point for the business to implement business specific compliance mechanisms as needed, manage business stakeholders and drive leadership engagement on risks and open reporting culture.Assist with the broader ESW Compliance team on business-wide objectives, compliance related duties, special projects, and initiatives to support the overall compliance program.Assist with compliance-related duties across the other businesses in the GE Vernova portfolio as directed.Qualifications/Requirements
A minimum of 7 years of compliance, legal, audit or similar relevant experience with overall 14+ Years experience.Knowledge of and ability to apply problem-solving and decision-making skills.Interview and investigative skillsStrong judgement, leadership and interpersonal skills to work effectively with others.Ability to manage multiple matters in a global environment, set priorities and drive tasks and projects to conclusion in an extremely fast paced environment.Strong perseverance to be a change agent with the business.Strong oral and written communication, professional fluency in English.Desired Characteristics
