As a Compliance and Technical Implementation Specialist at 8x8 CPaaS, you will be responsible for managing technical onboarding, integration, and compliance for 8x8’s communication solutions. This role focuses on implementing tailored solutions for customers through API integrations, ensuring compliance with global messaging standards, and delivering exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Onboarding and Integration
Serve as the primary technical contact, assisting new customers with deploying 8x8 CPaaS solutions.
Customize and integrate CPaaS products into customer applications and workflows.
Conduct onboarding sessions, workshops, and training to enable customers to maximize the value of 8x8 solutions.
API Integration and Technical Support
Provide support for API integrations, ensuring smooth implementation and resolving technical challenges.
Offer technical guidance on best practices and collaborate with internal teams for complex issue resolution.
Compliance and Regulatory Support
Ensure compliance with global messaging regulations, including sender ID registration processes.
Coordinate with teams and partners to facilitate registrations and confirm implementation success.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and analyze customer use cases to maintain compliance.
Documentation and Knowledge Sharing
Develop and maintain customer-facing documentation on messaging and integration requirements.
Create internal resources and document best practices to streamline future implementation efforts.
Desired Skills & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
3+ years of experience in technical implementation, API integration, or customer success (CPaaS or telecom experience is a plus).
Proficiency in RESTful APIs, webhooks, basic SQL and Unix skills is preferred.
Familiarity with messaging regulations and sender ID registration processes is advantageous.
Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly.
Self-starter with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
