Job Summary:The Compliance Assistant will support the company’s global trade compliance (ITC), due diligence (DD), and internal sales policy programs. This role ensures that all business activities, especially in cross-border transactions and internal sales practices, comply with applicable laws, regulations, and company standards. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•    Support export control, sanctions screening, and trade compliance reviews.
•    Maintain and update ITC-related documentation and approvals.
•    Assist in license applications, restricted party screenings, and recordkeeping.
•    Track updates to international trade regulations (e.g., EAR, OFAC, EU Dual-Use).
•    Conduct and document third-party due diligence in accordance with company policy.
•    Support compliance review of distributors, agents, and suppliers.
•    Maintain DD records and monitor follow-up actions.

•  Knowledge of export control, sanctions, and due diligence processes.

•  Strong attention to detail, organization, and communication skills.

•  Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken).

•  Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with compliance screening tools.
