The Compliance Associate will proactively mitigate compliance risks through automated and manual content reviews, and work with affiliate partners to ensure credit card and banking ads, editorial articles, and social media posts are accurate and comply with regulations and client requirements.  We are looking for an outgoing person with great attention to detail, a problem solver who enjoys working independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.  The candidate must be a great communicator and enthusiastic about identifying areas of improvement to internal processes and efficiencies. 

This role is responsible for internal and external communications regarding all things related to compliance, ensuring all requirements and deadlines are met.    

Responsibilities:  

Reviews and monitors website and social media content for regulatory compliance and to ensure adherence to compliance standards. These include changes to an existing credit card/bank offer, product launches, new site tools, website redesigns, mobile application content and social media posts.  Accurately identifies outdated offers, pricing inaccuracies and missing requirements in marketplace listings, social media posts, editorial articles, and digital ads.   Collaborate with publishers, editorial and account management teams to resolve compliance issues promptly.   Submit mock-up requirements to client agencies for approval to promote new product content, site features or social media posts.  Become the compliance point of contact and subject matter expert in the client accounts supported.   Performs other duties as assigned.  

  

Required Skills:  

Exceptional attention to detail and analytical skills.   Strong communicator who responds quickly to requests.   Excellent writing, editing and organizational skills.   Prior 2+ years of experience in a Compliance, Client Account Management, Data Analytics or Customer Service role.   Proactive problem solver with a growth mindset and positive attitude who is keen on identifying solutions to complex problems.   Strong organizational and time management skills. Can handle multiple assignments simultaneously and meet deadlines.   Able to work independently and as part of a team.   Experience working with affiliate networks a plus (Rakuten, CJ, Impact, etc.)   Proficient in MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel (knowledge in Pivot Tables and V-lookups a plus)   Willing to learn new tools and systems.
