We’re looking for a Compliance Associate to join our team at MBPS.
Key Responsibilities:
Review messages sent out by registered representatives on daily basis to detect misconduct and violations related to handling of PII, confidential and internal information, and offers of guarantees and recommendations related to JH securities business.Conduct quality checking of peer’s email review also on a daily basis to identify process gaps and areas of improvement.Send out FINRA CE notices to registered representatives to remind them of their training and examinations as part of keeping their licenses.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent; work experience in finance or insurance is preferred but not required.Internal candidates must meet service quality and productivity metrics for the past six months.Strong written and verbal communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).High accuracy, attention to detail, strong organizational and time management skills.Ability to work independently, adapt to changing environments, and meet tight deadlines.Demonstrated problem-solving skills and sound judgment with strong decision-making abilities.Proactive with the ability to consistently meet deadlines and maintain extraordinary attention to detail.Let's make every day better together.
