Performance Objectives + Assist in the capture and retention of all required certifications, acknowledgments, reporting and similar documentation required under compliance policies and procedures. + Assist in processing and reviewing compliance approval requests. + Assist in maintaining policies, procedures, and training programs. + Monitor internal compliance systems to ensure effective and efficient application. + Coordinate with partners across the company in support of compliance projects and policies. + Report and escalate issues to senior compliance staff. + Assist in responding to client questionnaires. Competitive Candidate Profile + Bachelor’s degree + Relevant work experience helpful, but not required + Organized and detail oriented + Ability to strictly maintain discretion and confidentiality + Excellent communication skills including the ability to communicate standards or procedures efficiently and effectively to achieve compliance program goals. + Ability to research information and respond to issues and requests in a timely and efficient manner.
