Overview This position will report to the Director of Compliance & Ethics for PepsiCo’s North America sector, based in Purchase, NY. In this role, you will be supporting the North America sector Responsibilities Implement all aspects of PepsiCo’s Global Compliance and Ethics program in North America. This will include Investigations of Potentially Significant Violations (PSVs) of the Code of Conduct, which includes investigation strategy, document analysis; interviews; closing reports; stakeholder engagement and determining/implementing remediation actions. Responsible for annual frontline Code of Conduct training covering approximately 80,000 employees, including developing educational materials, working with an external vendor to create the training video and collaborating with North America HR teams to roll out training. Ensure success of North America Speak Up program by providing training, support, and guidance to Employee Relations Center of Excellence (COE), on investigations best practices; interview techniques and writing effective closing reports. Advise on complex investigations when needed by COE or when escalated by C&E Analyst. Significant responsibility for North America annual risk assessments, including obtaining insights / identifying trends in Speak Up, Conflicts of Interest disclosures; pre-approval requests involving government officials and remediation opportunities in one sector that may be applicable in the other. Also participate in stakeholder interviews and remediation/ action planning for opportunities identified. Identify and work to remediate compliance risks to North America’s businesses identified through various avenues (e.g., Speak Up, internal risk assessments, corporate audits, etc.). Responsible for working cross-functionally to ensure implementation of PSV remediation actions. Act as North America C&E Ambassador including travel to PEP sites to deliver training, lead employee roundtables or investigation interviews. Participate in quarterly processes including analysis, trend and risk identification, and creating materials for Control Environment Council (CEC) and Division/Region quarter close meetings. Evaluate conflict of interest disclosures (~2,000 annually) to identify and implement necessary action plans in collaboration with HR and/or Control. Provide support to C&E Analyst on complex disclosures and ensure appropriate stakeholder input and alignment. Work collaboratively with the Global C&E team on projects or other assignments from the Chief C&E Officer and/ or Sector C&E Officer. Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $102,800 - $172,100. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 12% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
