Compliance Audit Consultant

RGP is seeking a consultant to provide Compliance Audit Support, with a primary focus on financial crime-related audits and other compliance areas. The role requires working on-site in NYC, 3-4 days a week from early September through the end of December. The ideal candidate will be at the Sr. Associate to VP level, with expertise in Audit and Financial Crimes Compliance.
+ Lead and support audits focused on financial crimes, such as AML, Sanctions, and Bribery and Corruption. You’ll be responsible for planning, scoping, and conducting fieldwork, including control testing and validation, to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
+ Perform thorough risk assessments to identify compliance risks, evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, and provide actionable recommendations to enhance compliance frameworks.
+ Develop detailed audit reports and maintain comprehensive documentation of findings. Present your insights and recommendations to senior management to drive informed decision-making.
+ Track the implementation of audit recommendations, conduct follow-up audits, and continuously monitor key compliance indicators to ensure ongoing adherence to regulatory requirements.
+ Strong knowledge of AML, Sanctions, Bribery and Corruption, and Money Laundering, with a proven track record in conducting related audits.
+ Extensive experience in planning and executing compliance audits, with a deep understanding of internal control frameworks and risk assessment methodologies.
+ A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to identifying risks, providing recommendations, and ensuring continuous compliance improvement.
+ Willingness to work on-site 3-4 days a week, with the ability to adapt to changing project needs and timelines.
+ Variety of workplace arrangements including hybrid, remote, onsite.
+ Compensation commensurate with employee qualifications, experience, and other factors including geographic location, market, and operational factors.
+ Pay Range: $ 70 - $100 DOE
