What you’ll do:

The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for the safety, health, and welfare of staff and students. The Compliance Coordinator is responsible for ensuring that the highest standards are maintained to prevent illegal, unethical, or improper conduct along with ensuring that the program remains in compliance with agency licensing and Rite of Passage policies and procedures. The Compliance Coordinator monitors and reports on site compliance with Rite of Passage mission, values, and policies and procedures.

The Compliance Coordinator develops, implements, manages and modifies the Rite of Passage program, and is responsible for:

Understands and implements all licensing requirements per state guidelines.

Attends all integrated monitoring by the ROP Quality Assurance Team and licensing agencies.

Conducts quarterly internal standard audits with a subsequent follow up to ensure all employees are trained and aware of all licensing, state and federal regulations including PREA. Each internal audit and follow up should take no longer than one week.

Partners with HR in areas of Risk Management for the site.

Conducts internal monitoring, auditing and periodic risk assessments to ensure all employees are trained and aware of all licensing, state and federal regulations including PREA.

Oversees the program CQI process.

Works with external agencies and supports internal departments through policies and training to ensure compliance of regulations and ROP Policies.

Identifies potential areas of compliance vulnerability and risk; develops corrective action plans.

To be considered, you should:

High school diploma or equivalent, BA/BS in related field (preferred).

At least 4 years of experience in auditing and training or a Bachelor’s degree in related field and one year of experience in auditing and training.

Experience with and proficient in state-specific Medicaid procedures.

Ability to learn the ROP systems and programs and know such sufficiently in order to train staff.

Knowledge of overall company operations and policies and procedures.

Working knowledge of youth service systems. Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule: 

Five days on/two days off, forty hours per week. Schedule may vary or be adjusted due to business demand or unforeseen circumstances and will be determined by the Program Director.

Pay Rate:

$66,560- Salaried/Exempt.
