Beacon Hill is hiring! We have partnered with a growing technology company in downtown Chicago in hiring a Bilingual Compliance Coordinator to start immediately. This role will ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and legal standards. This role requires fluency in Spanish and English and involves coordinating compliance activities, conducting audits, and assisting with regulatory reporting and third party risk management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining compliance programs and policies.Perform due diligence screenings and researchConduct audits and assessments to ensure regulatory and internal compliance.Prepare and submit compliance reports to regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and industry standards, and communicate updates to the relevant teams.Review and maintain compliance-related documentation, including contracts and policies.Assist in training employees on compliance policies and procedures.Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external regulatory agencies.Respond to compliance inquiries and support investigations related to regulatory issues.Identify and escalate potential risks or compliance issues.Maintain records of compliance activities and ensure proper documentation.Support the compliance team in implementing corrective actions when necessary.

Qualifications:

Fluency in Spanish and EnglishBachelor's degree in business, law, compliance, or a related field (preferred).1+ years of experience in compliance, regulatory affairs, or a related field.Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance standards.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance-related software.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
