Who You Are
Prowess Consulting is seeking a Compliance Copilot PM to help our client build out their compliance Copilot product that is used enterprise wide.
This is a great opportunity to help engineering teams navigate all the required compliance obligations to ship the company’s flagship products.
If you have experience in and are interested in helping integrate Artificial Intelligence into existing processing and workflows this is a fantastic opportunity!
To be considered for this role, you must reside in one of the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Connecticut, Georgia, Illinois, Iowa, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Washington.
The Role
+ Identify innovative solutions and AI-based approaches that will eliminate unnecessary compliance costs to engineering.
+ Go deep in the AI Tech Stack to educate team members and influence design choices that will move the project forward
+ Act as a “consultant” to influence product design for the new compliance platform
+ Author specs that articulate the desired experience for users and customers of the platform
+ Provide recommendations on how to curate, store, and manage compliance inventories and data
+ Partner closely with engineering to identify gaps, opportunities, and blockers
+ This is a (full-time or contract) role that can be worked remotely, however, collaboration with teammates centered in the Pacific time zone will be essential. No third-party agencies, please.
Qualifications
+ 5+ years in Product Management.
+ Craft specs, work with engineering, and drive for results.
+ Ability to identify technical needs and gaps and clearly articulate and prioritize for program stakeholders.
+ Strong written and verbal skills.
+ Excels at influencing without authority.
+ Comfortable diving deep into complex architectural landscapes and ability to quickly understand technical and programmatic concepts, flows, and design.
+ Expertise in applied AI models.
+ Experience building, shipping, and iterating on customer-facing experiences.
Additional Details
+ The offered pay range for this position is $105,000 – 120,000 per year, depending on experience and geographic location.
