Compliance Delivery Manager

ADP is hiring a Compliance Delivery Manager. In this position, you'll be focused on leading and supporting the compliance efforts for the Health Care Reform Business. You will work closely with our legal counsel and agency relations teams to review and strategize on various compliance topics and situations. This role proactively identifies potential compliance gaps, risk and training opportunities.

 

The Compliance Delivery Manager will take a proactive approach in identifying strategies and solutions to address these various scenarios in partnership with our legal and agency relations resources. Will also take a lead role in identifying efficiency improvements and develops an approach/strategy to drive those improvements across the business. Responsible for successful planning, coordinating, and implementation of process documentation and projects to ensure business goals and objectives are accomplished. This will include developing, revising and implementation business requirements/process documents for the business initiatives and/or projects. Must be able to think and plan strategically even when presented with ambiguous situations and scenarios. Effective verbal and written communication skills are required since this position will be responsible for developing and writing communications that could be shared/viewed at any level of the company and/or client facing. Provides continual communication on the status of key activities related to the role with senior leaders and partners. Participates in the decision-making process within the business.

 

Essential Responsibilities:

Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) on overall ACA compliance regulations Offers comprehensive regulatory compliance support for all aspects of Healthcare Reform and ADP ACA’s Health Compliance business needs. Will provide insight and guidance of the business’s compliance status related to federal and state ACA requirements Research and solve unique and complex problems that have a broad impact on the business Communications: Ability to communicate complex information and key messages to all key stake holders including Senior Leaders, internal partners, clients/prospects and all levels of the organization. Can effectively work with people at all levels across the organization. Results Driven: Solid understanding of business goals and objectives and the ability to define key actions needed to drive those results. Prepare and Deliver Presentations: Ability to independently prepare and deliver presentations for prospects, clients, business partners, and senior ADP leaders. Represent ADP as a subject matter expert in the area of ACA compliance. Works closely with our product/technology team on developing new product functionality, testing and ensuring compliance to the law Analytics: Effectively strategizing with internal partners on best approach and plan for closing new sales opportunities and retaining existing clients. Accurate and timely tracking of deal status/results critical. Researches, gathers and documents user requirements and seeks input for requested projects and process documentation. May be done by conducting interviews of subject matter experts (SMEs), including internal partners, clients and ADP associates from various business units. Identifies business needs and participates as a key contributor in the implementation of new or revised ADP products, programs, processes and tools. May serve as project lead for team on leading and implementing processes, programs, technology. Surfaces needs/improvements to appropriate parties. Maintains a strong knowledge of applicable products, processes and systems. Collaborates with various groups to analyze and identify business needs. Participates in the development of plans, processes, etc. to address any needs. Ability to independently conduct presentations and overviews. Represents ADP as a subject matter expert in assigned areas. Other Duties: Performs special projects and other duties as assigned. Participate in task forces, strategic initiatives, stretch assignments and collaboration opportunities, as needed.

 QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Bachelor's degree At least 5 years of related experience in compliance or similar type of experience Reading and understanding legal documents and agency regulations Compliance regulation experience and/or working in a legal role Ability to manage multiple and changing priorities  Strong Problem-Solving Skills Excellent research skills Proficient using Microsoft Office

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Juris Doctor or experience in a legal role preferred  ACA Industry (Healthcare Reform and ADP Health Compliance) experience preferred Creating processes and managing projects A strong focus on client satisfaction Strong client and partner relationship skills Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts verbally and in writing Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, focused on achieving results Can work with vague concepts, change and sometimes unknown areas Ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with all levels of management Ability to work both independently and as part of a team Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
