Job Title: Compliance Engineer

Job Description:

We are seeking a Compliance Engineer to join our team. This individual will work with the new product development team to ensure that proposed design changes are compliant with regulatory agencies . You will manage and support testing projects with outside groups including UL, TUV, IAPMO, and CSA Group. This individual will be required to travel to Colorado once a month for in-person activities to work with the Engineering teams.

ResponsibilitiesCommunicate and apply laws, regulations, and standards IEC 60601-2-52 and CSA B125.1.Manage testing and certification projects with outside testing groups.Assist with new product development to provide guidance to engineering teams.Monitor global compliance with laws and regulations.QualificationsBachelors Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering highly preferred3-5 years of experience in product safety or compliance engineer.Experience launching electronic or industrial products into marketExperience in compliance and regulatory engineeringKnowledge of UL standards and regulatory compliance agenciesExperience working with electromechanical device compliance including products with motors, batteries, microcontrollers, and wireless communication.Strong communication skills to apply laws and regulations from different countriesAbility to work collaboratively with engineering teams.
Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $45.00 - $60.00
