In your new position in an international cross-functional setting you will drive compliance with legal obligations in human rights. While managing the stakeholder engagement in Siemens Mobility global operations the key to your success will be the close collaboration with functions like Procurement, Sustainability and various other.
What do you contribute?
In your new role, you will collaborate cross-functionally, ensuring compliance with legal obligations related to human rights and forced labour.Furthermore, you will coordinate human rights and forced labour due diligence activities globally and contribute to process improvements within Siemens Mobility in alignment with stakeholders on Siemens Group level.Also, you will act as a trusted advisor (f/m/d) and support relevant functions in the global implementation of the German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (SCDDA) / EU Directive on Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence (CSDDD). In doing so, you willsupport the identification of impacts of CSDDD requirements.enhance existing global due diligence mechanisms and processes to ensure compliance with CSDDD.contribute to the creation of human rights awareness through training and effective communication.You will support internal and external reporting as well as external certifications (e.g. Ecovadis).Next to this, you will also support the business transformation by contributing to the Compliance by Design Program based on your experience.What do you bring along?
You do have a university degree in e.g., business administration, business law or economics or a related field.Next to this, you bring in long-term project management experience in a cross-functional role, preferably in an international group setup.Also, you do have proven change management skills and interdisciplinary work ability.Furthermore, you bring in relevant experience with human rights and supply chain due diligence programs and legislation (LkSG, CSDDD) and/or compliance management.Your personal profile is rounded off by a high interest and track record in using new technologies such as ChatGPT/Copilot, Collaboration Software and Microsoft Apps.Proficiency in both German and English is required.What do we offer you?
