Compliance & Immigration Coordinator

Our company is looking for a HR Compliance and Immigration Coordinator, to ensure the seamless coordination of matters within the EMEA Compliance and Immigration team. This role plays a key part in ensuring compliance with the Company’s core Immigration and Employment requirements. This role involves working closely with the HR (PBPs, People Solutions, Payroll, Benefits, Center of Expertises), Legal and Recruiting teams, and with external immigration counsels.

What You’ll Do:

HR Compliance and Immigration Audit, Projects and Reporting: Participate in Audits and small to medium-size Projects. Prepare and issue Reportings. Documentation Support: Assist in the preparation and issuance of required documents for HR Compliance and Immigration Processes, including employment agreements, letters, Employee Relations (ER) case documentation. Ensure all documents are properly updated and securely stored. Liaison with Authorities/Providers: Coordinate when needed with the different country Administrations. Be the dedicated POC for Occupational Health Providers in EMEA and monitor compliance with local requirements such as the organisation of mandatory medical checks up.  Employee Support: Provide employees with guidance on Datadog sponsored visa applications. Provide updates to employees and hiring managers in navigating immigration-related matters and timing. Accommodations Review: Assist in reviewing Accommodation Requests from employees across EMEA. Social Relations Support: Support Works Councils related matters such as the BDESE maintenance and the preparation of meetings. Compliance Enablement and Resources: Participate in the issuance of enablement resources for internal stakeholders, including guidance and regulatory updates ; and in the yearly update of the Employee Handbooks.

Who You Are

Education: 3 years-diploma in Human Resources, Law, Immigration, Business Administration or a related field. Experience: 1-2 years of experience in Compliance, Legal, Immigration or HR. Knowledge: Strong understanding of employment regulatory requirements, including immigration laws.

Skills:

Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information. Experience in related-case management software, Workday and Excel French and English fluent speaker (Spanish or Portuguese is a plus).
