\n \n Job DescriptionCome work at Associa! We are an industry leader in community association management and we are looking for a talented Compliance Inspector to join our team. If you're serious about your next move, Associa is an excellent place to grow your career.\n\nA Compliance Inspector plays an active role in achieving long-term customer satisfaction in the context of Community Association relationships. Specific responsibilities will vary with designated communities.\n\nDuties include but not limited to:\n\nInspecting properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance issues and accurately recording findings.\nNotify responsible parties of code issues given in writing, by phone, inperson and electronically.\nRespond to and investigate allegations of violations of codes to determine validity of complaints and the appropriate course of action to mitigate issues.\nInvestigate and enforce property codes within boundaries.\nSchedule and perform systematic property maintenance inspections to maintain or achieve minimum property standards.\nOther duties as assigned.\n\n\n Requirements\nKnowledge of company policies, procedures and forms.\nAble to work effectively with Board of Directors, Committee members, residents, and other staff members.\nKnowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.)\nKnowledge of OSHA worksite and personal safety requirements.\nKnowledge of State or local governmental safety requirements.\nKnowledge of architectural plans and/or drawings at a proficient level.\nKnowledge of conflict resolution techniques at a proficient level.\nProfessional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.).\nProfessional customer service skills.\nMust have personal vehicle and be physically capable of performing community wide inspections.\nSelf-motivated, proactive, detail oriented and a team player.\nTime management and time critical prioritization skills.\n0 -- 3 years of directly related or closely related experience\n
