As Compliance Intern you will assist Infobip Compliance team in various initiatives and projects with special focus on gaining practical experience in Compliance related topics.
This internship provides a chance to work in a multinational IT environment with close guidance from experienced professionals. In case you join us, you will have a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge in Compliance topics and count on the support of a dedicated mentor along the journey.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation and maintenance of Compliance-related documents, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.Assist in preparing Compliance analytics by using data to derive insights from a compliance perspective.Assist in conducting Compliance reviews and monitoring activities to assess adherence to policies and procedures.Contribute to the coordination of Infobip's Compliance framework.Assist in organizing and delivering Compliance training sessions or workshops.Contribute to the development of communication materials to promote Compliance awareness within the organization.Document and keep up to date all relevant documentation regarding Compliance topics.Conduct research on applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards to support compliance initiatives.Contribute to continuous improvement of the Compliance program in areas such as Anti-Bribery and Corruption, Conflict of Interest, Third Party Risk Management, Sanctions and similar.More about you:
You are a graduate (MA) or final year undergraduate (BA) student of Business Administration, Economics or other related fields.You are passionate about IT, new technologies.You are interested in learning about compliance.You have genuine curiosity for researching and using different tools.You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.You are a responsible person, open to feedback.You are proficient in English.You have a high level of communication and great presentation skills.You are able to work full-time in Zagreb office.You are available to start work on July 7th, 2025.You hold valid student rights from „Studentski Centar“ throughout the entire internship period (6 months).Internship timeline:
