This is an opportunity for you to learn a lot and build up your career as a Compliance Professional.You will be supported by the members of the team that will teach and assign important activities in order to help State Street and the team to be in compliance, succeed and grow.Here you will join a team that not only perform Compliance activities in Brazil, but also in America Latina, as you develop your abilities and knowledge, you will learn more about the LatAm activities and its duties, to increase even more your professional capabilities.Primary ResponsibilitiesWork and learn directly with the Compliance Team Members.Assist Compliance team members on a daily basis in their routines, attending the requests in a timely basis, focusing on the quality of operational duties.Assist with the oversight of the Policies, regulations and controls applicable to Brazil and if they are up to date.Keep contact and perform follow-ups with internal stakeholders responsible for Regulatory DeliverablesProvide backup and serve as an in-house resource to the Compliance TeamRequired Skills or CertificationsMust be working towards a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Law or Business Administration. Must be bilingual in English; Spanish would be a plus.Work ethic and ability to work within a team environment.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Access, PowerPoint and Excel.Pay attention to detail and organizationGood interpersonal skillsPower BI is a plus
