Overview Overview PepsiCo is on the lookout for a Compliance Lead to join our Operations team in Little Island on an initial contract basis. Role Summary: At PepsiCo, our Quality group ensure the food safety and quality of the convenient foods and drinks of brands that reach consumers more than a billion times every day. Being a member of the Quality group, you will be a fundamental part of our mission to deliver trusted brands and consumer smiles with consistent safety and high quality. The purpose of the compliance manager is to ensure compliance to the food safety and regulatory standards for the 3 Ireland manufacturing sites. This role is primarily based in our Concentrate plant in Little Island and is a critical component to our manufacturing network. Operations is at the centre of everything we do, this is where our food and beverages come to life and is the start of the journey to getting our product Responsibilities Drive and champion product quality and food safety through compliance to PepsiCo programs across the three Ireland sites - Lead & Executing actions. Lead all Third-Party Audits (FDA, AIB, FSSC 22000, HSE, Organic) across the three Ireland sites - Lead & Executing actions. FSMA SME for Ireland Sites - Lead & Executing actions. Supports and provides consultation to other PGCS FSMA sites. – Informing actions. Organic SME for Little Island Site and point of contact for Innovation Director, SRA Sr. Manager - Lead & Executing actions. Ensure that the Food Safety Management system complies with Corporate, FDA, AIB and FSSC 22K standards - Lead & Executing actions. Manage all pre- audit activities to ensure success in third party audits - Lead & Executing actions. Manage roll out of all Corporate documentation throughout the three Ireland sites – Lead & Executing actions. Drive in-house documentation reviews - Lead & Executing actions. Manage documentation controller at all sites - Lead & Executing actions. Manage compliance metrics monthly for all sites - Lead & Executing actions. Manage the Internal Audit/Inspection programs at all sites and drive corrective actions/close out - Lead & Executing actions. Provide oversight to the change control process at all sites - Lead & Executing actions. Lead monthly plant Non-Conformance Management meetings across the three sites and associated scorecards - Lead & Executing actions. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years working in a Food Compliance area, with a demonstrated proven lead capability PCQI trained – FDA requirement (desirable) Degree/Diploma or equivalent in a relevant field Lead Auditor Trainer(desirable) Experience in a high compliance environment Experience at driving system implementation Ability to work and guide in any part of the process Experience in building and maintaining positive engaging working relationships with key stakeholders, including operations team members, positive influencing skills essential History of delivering on commitments At PepsiCo, opportunity is for everyone.
