The Compliance Management Lead Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Compliance Management Lead to join our team. This role is responsible for overseeing and improving compliance-related activities across various projects and managing the integration of compliance requirements into business processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to manage complex projects, collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure that the company’s policies and procedures align with regulatory standards.
Here’s how you’ll be making an impact:
Reviewing and updating compliance related policies, standards, guidelines, controls, and processes as needed.Driving operational controls, processes, and procedures, including optimization while maintaining quality standards.Managing all the aspects of a project: defining scope and objectives; planning, scheduling, coordinating, reporting, project risk identification, mitigation, and communications.Working cross-functionally to review the design of new features to identify risks and controls and understand the security of client data and systems integration. Detailed review, follow-up, and summary of monthly reporting requirements for US government.Involving relevant cross-functional stakeholders to ensure feasibility, clarity and success criteria of key deliverables are understood, communicated, and executed. Planning and driving areas of cross-functional collaboration required to ensure that the organization is ready to support and adopt new tools and processes. Review compliance reports and act upon findings, ensuring corrective actions are taken when necessary to maintain compliance.Work with internal and external auditors to provide requested documentation and information, ensuring smooth and efficient audit processes.Conducting analysis and partnering with business stakeholders to support continuous improvement initiatives.
We’re looking for a teammate with:
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant area of study.4+ years of work experience with a combination of compliance initiatives, project management, and/or business analysis.Strong understanding of compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR, HIPAA, etc.).Ability to obtain US government clearances.Experience in auditing or relevant fieldStrong analytical and investigative skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, collaboration, listening, presentation and writing skills. Demonstrated experience managing cross-functional projects, including risk identification, mitigation, and project execution.Fully qualified with practical experience of applying industry practices and solutions to creatively solve a wide range of issues.

The anticipated base salary range for this role is $110,000 – $130,000 USD. Final compensation offered by Qlik will be based on factors such as the candidate’s location, job-related skills, education, experience, and other business and organizational needs. Qlik offers a comprehensive benefits package.
