Compliance Manager
Location: Malta or IOM (Hybrid)
Full time - Permanent 

A well established Marketing business, within the iGaming industry are looking for a Compliance Manager to join the team in Malta or IOM
Cover for the Head of Compliance during their Maternity leave and report to the MLRO.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee license applications and maintenance across jurisdictions. Provide compliance guidance to teams and management. Conduct employee compliance training. Serve as Deputy MLRO. Manage compliance-related customer claims. Lead and document compliance forums. Assist with supplier due diligence and regulator inquiries. Maintain internal compliance documents and reporting. Represent Compliance in board meetings and regulatory engagements.

Requirements:

2-3 years of compliance experience (iGaming experience essential). Experience in multi-jurisdictional operations is a plus. Strong communicator with senior management. Proactive, responsive, and able to manage urgent tasks. Eagerness to expand compliance knowledge (AML, RG). Strong internal relationship-building skills.
