As a Compliance Manager, you are responsible for.
Risk Management
Global Compliance Programs are followed, executed and corrective measures are taken. You regularly follow up on the result and set action plans with the different country functions, in order to develop procedures and guidelines Plan and conduct auditing and internal monitoring based on the demands from the Green Security Standard – Sales Security DepartmentDetect any potential areas of compliance vulnerability, risks, and act on theseHealth & Safety
Raise awareness by providing the essential safety and security training materials. Trainings are completed on a regular basis as per global and local requirementsHealth & Safety incidents/accidents are reported accordingly, and you support the security department in taking preventive actions on health & safety matters.Loss Prevention & Asset Protection
Coordination of inventory preparation with the relevant departments involved to secure the accuracy of the count and dataAnalyzing the shrinkage results and follow up that the KPIs are reached based on the set targetsSupport the Security Department in executing fraudulent investigationsInformation Security
Monitoring compliance with PCI DSS and Information security (Cyber security).Support the Security Department on reaching acceptable levels for Information Security trainings.WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
As a Compliance Manager you will be part of a small team of specialised roles in the local AUNZ Security AUNZ department whilst working together regularly with both Regional and Global Security teams. You collaborate closely with other central functions (Accounting, HR, Facilities/Construction, IT, Sales, Logistics) and Area Teams to drive compliance programs, projects and trainings for the stores and wider organisation.
