The Healthcare Quality System Operations team is seeking a detail-oriented Compliance Manager to join its team! The Compliance Manager will be responsible for providing direction and guidance to organizational leaders and management on compliance and regulatory matters.
The incumbent will be expected to partner with business stakeholders to ensure data integrity and compliance of new systems. The Compliance Manager will assist in completing management review meetings to review key metrics with stakeholders on the health of their business on how it relates to quality system standards. The incumbent will assist the business in preparing and participating in numerous audits. This employee will assist in reporting on quality metrics for the business in order meet standards. They would also ensure business continuity and disaster recovering plans are created to cover all groups within the span of control. The employee will be primarily supporting ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards. Additionally, this employee may facilitate continual improvements that have been identified by audits and within key business processes.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field, or equivalent, relevant work experience At least 3 years of general business or health care technology related work experience
Preferred Qualifications
At least 3 year of health information technology work experience.
Responsibilities
Must be willing to travel up to 10%, as needed. Ability to work overtime and irregular hours as needed. Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and customer assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position.
