We are committed to creating an environment where every team member feels included, respected, empowered, and recognized. **What You Can Expect** The role, situated within the Global Compliance Audit, Monitoring, and Analytics (GCMA) team and reporting to the GCMA VP, is responsible for managing and executing global compliance monitoring activities for the U.S. and LATAM regions, collectively referred to as the "Americas." **Key Responsibilities** + Support and contribute to the global compliance audit and monitoring annual risk assessments, to identify and evaluate compliance risks. + Develop and manage the Americas annual monitoring plan, including both live and transaction monitoring activities. + Provide actionable insights and value-added recommendations to Americas Regional Compliance Officers and business stakeholders. + Collaborate with the GCMA Leadership to ensure alignment with global compliance strategies and objectives. + Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices. **How You'll Create Impact** + Lead Global Compliance Monitoring: Oversee transaction and live monitoring activities. Transaction monitoring covers various data types, including T&E, HCP meals, HCP payments, third-party pricing, credits, and disbursements.
