Roche is seeking a Compliance Specialist to join our team in Medical Compliance and supporting the execution of Market Research and Patient Support Programs (MAPs), together with the oversight and governance of PV compliance for Digital Customer Engagement and Listening Activities (DiCELA) so as to ensure all requirements are met as per internal standards and regulatory requirements.

Transformational Leadership: Advocate and lead initiatives to inspire colleagues to deliver innovations faster to patients through compliance and quality activities.
Quality Standards Implementation: Establish, implement, train, and conduct quality checks on controlled processes and best practices for the affiliate.
Audit Readiness: Oversee quality, compliance, and other activities across all areas (GxP, Compliance, Risk Management) to ensure continuous audit readiness.
Strategic Compliance Advice: Provide expert strategic compliance advice and support to the affiliate.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all compliance activities are conducted to required standards, in accordance with Roche SOPs, guidelines, policies, health authority regulations, and ethical business standards.
MAP and DiCELA Oversight:
Act as the single point of contact for MAPs and DiCELA activities.
Identify groups needing training and collaborate with local quality teams to ensure timely training assignment.
Provide direction to MAP owners for program initiation and execution, ensuring compliance standards are met.
Monitor MAPs and ensure activities are diligently tracked and documented.
Raise awareness and manage compliance of Digital Customer Engagement and Listening Activities (DiCELA).
Respond and assist with providing information to auditors and inspectors if required.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Healthcare). Advanced degrees would be a plus.
Proven experience in compliance roles, with deep knowledge of GxP, regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for an effective interaction at all organisational levels.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Strong team player with experience in cross-functional collaboration.
Very occasional travel may be required to coordinate and oversee compliance activities.
