In this hybrid role, partner with our Learning team to design and implement training and curriculums. Oversee data analysis, auditing, and reporting for CCPO. Manage projects, consulting activities and assessments, and serve as trusted advisor to executives. Offer recommendations for improvement and follow up on their implementation and outcomes. Prepare and present information to senior management. Develop collaborative partnerships within OEC and across board areas and functions.
