Context and environment of the position

Integrity is a cornerstone of TotalEnergies' activities. The integrity policy is based in particular on the company's code of conduct and is deployed at all levels. 

The Polymers Business unit operates worldwide and relies on a network of around ten integrity officers. The project manager will report to head office and will be responsible for deploying the integrity programme at head office and for coordinating the network of integrity managers.

Located in the heart of Brussels, in new premises in a carbon-neutral building, the Integrity Officer will join the Integrity and Communication team and will work with various business lines (Integrity, Business, Finance, etc.).

Activities

Objectives, tasks and activities

The Integrity Officer is responsible for deploying the Company's action programmes to ensure compliance with ethical standards and to combat corruption, fraud and conflicts of interest. 

In particular, this means :

- producing or updating corruption risk maps,

- monitoring and reviewing third-party due diligence processes, 

- collecting and handling alerts

- monitoring the roll-out of training programmes

- running information sessions

- communicating internally and externally on the actions taken

- drawing up and monitoring an action and control plan

- control actions

- associated reporting

Candidate Profile

Profile required: 

-Master level or equivalent, in Finance, Engineering, Business School or Law.

-Excellent analytical skills

-Ability to grasp a variety of subjects 

-Ability to seek out and understand relevant information within sometimes complex organisations

-Commitment, organisation and initiative are essential. 

-Proficiency in Excel 

-Languages required: French and English
