Compliance & Operations Analyst
Job Title: Compliance & Operations AnalystJob Description The Compliance & Operations Analyst provides support for the Company’s Compliance Program by managing key operational activities including vendor management, the HCP engagement system and process, the Case Management system and process, third-party due diligence, monitoring systems, and the management certification process. Responsibilities + Manage compliance reconciliation of HCP activities and prepare reports for aggregate spend reporting, business analytics, and exception reporting. + Serve as a subject matter expert for the HCP engagement system, addressing questions, providing advice, and conducting ad hoc training. + Collaborate with Compliance Business Partner, business stakeholders, Legal, and Procurement/Contracting to ensure appropriate engagement and screening of HCPs and other customers. + Perform FMV rate calculations and conduct exclusion/debarment checks. + Accurately resolve or escalate system and user issues promptly. + Support execution of the annual monitoring plan, including reviewing HCP expenses, sign-in sheets, and other records. + Administer web-based monitoring tools, analyze, triage, and close system tickets. + Support execution of the annual Risk Assessment. + Manage cases from intake through completion, performing quality checks and ensuring timely completion. + Run system reports and perform weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates and preliminary analyses. + Oversee and support the Integrity & Compliance mailbox, providing documentation and data as requested. + Administer Vendor Learning Management System, including running reports, testing courses, and sending training reminders. + Manage document and records keeping, including training records for employees and vendors. + Administer the Company's process for managing Covered Persons, including vendor screening tools. + Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Procurement, Human Resources, and business partners for vendor screening. + Provide oversight of the employee screening vendor and manage reports, escalating flags as necessary. Essential Skills + Bachelor’s degree required + 3 - 5 years of industry and compliance experience + Experience working under a government-imposed healthcare compliance program preferred + Knowledge of industry standards and regulations related to compliance with healthcare laws Additional Skills & Qualifications + Advanced degree is a plus + Proficiency in Excel Work Environment This role requires in-office presence on Tuesday and Wednesday. Standard work hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
