The Compliance Operations supervisor will be in charge of review and evaluate Analyst performance, organize schedules, ensure attendance and resolve any workforce matter for the team.
The successful candidate must ensure the team meets and exceeds all company and individual goals in line with the company’s policies, procedures and values.
