We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Partner to join our team in St. Louis. As a Compliance Partner, you will play a vital role in ensuring the effective implementation of compliance policies and procedures within our organization, promoting a culture of compliance and integrity.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement compliance training programs and policies
Conduct investigations and respond to reports of misconduct or non-compliance
Analyze and identify trends and patterns of non-conformance with laws, regulations, and corporate policies
Collaborate with leadership and teams to develop and implement mitigation strategies
Monitor and track compliance-related activities and report to senior leadership

Education and Experience Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
Experience in mental health and/or substance use disorder services, healthcare-related compliance, or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficient in Microsoft Office and electronic health record systems
