The Compliance and Reporting team, within Microsoft Devices Operations (MDO) Compliance Governance & Sustainability organization, is responsible for compliance with regulations, aligning with industry standards and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles delivering operational guidance and timely reporting. The Compliance and Reporting team is hiring a Global Compliance Program Manager.

As a Global Compliance Program Manager, you will be responsible for monitoring, assessing and determining applicability of global compliance regulations related to Microsoft Devices Supply Chain. You will develop, manage and sustain a compliance regulatory roadmap, communicating regulatory developments and requirements to relevant internal teams for implementation purposes.
