Job DescriptionThis position is to support the Compliance Head of Program, Systems, Innovation, Risk Assessment, Communication and Training in his efforts to implement, maintain and enhance the compliance risk assessment in various inter department projects.
The position communicates frequently and proactively with relevant stakeholders (Other 2nd Line functions and the business).
Managing Compliance overarching projects Perform Continental’s compliance risk assessment (timeline, budget, organization, milestones)Communication towards senior management on plans and status of Compliance projectsImpact analysis and feasibility study of planned projectsDriving the exchange and gathering feedback from relevant stakeholders in Compliance but also outside the department.Organizing lessons learnt workshopsProactively identifying possible bottle neckQualificationsAcademic degree in Business Administration or comparable qualificationKnowledge of compliance management systems esp. compliance risk assessment, compliance measure implementation and monitoring in an international context preferredAbility to work independently in a fast paced and quickly moving environment continuously undergoing changes.Strong change and project management skills, including the ability to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple deadlines effectively.Handling cross-functional projectsAbility to write clearly and prepare professional communication in English (German nice to have).Mature and professional interpersonal skills.
