This involves staying updated on regulatory changes, conducting risk assessments, and ensuring that products are safe and compliant before they reach the market. Job Duties and Responsibilities • Ensure products and solutions meet regulatory requirements and standards, working with external labs and certification bodies. • Conduct product safety and compliance evaluations. • Conduct internal audits and inspections. • Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies. • Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance throughout the product lifecycle. • Provide compliance training and support to staff. • Prepare compliance reports and presentations. • Submit regulatory reports and filings. • Monitor regulatory changes and report compliance status to senior management. • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, communicating effectively with management. Required Skills • Effective communication, organization, and time management skills • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent discipline with at least 5+ years of experience in compliance and regulatory roles. • Knowledge in EMC & Safety Standards. • Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Takes ownership of work and completes it efficiently and on time. • Team player who puts the success of the team first. • Ability to multi-task without losing effectiveness. • Shares knowledge and expertise with others. • Analyzes data, evaluates results, forms conclusions, and implements improvements. • Ability to rapidly acquire new skills and learn on the job. • Effective communication, organization, and time management skills.
