Compliance Representative
About the Role:

Preserves the legal and regulatory interests of the company by monitoring and reviewing online and related compliance matters within a specific market or regional area. Investigates, analyzes, and processes reports or findings of all assigned market-specific contract violations that may require disciplinary action by the company and regularly presents the findings to the Compliance Review Committee for decisions on formal action as necessary. Evaluates and reviews distributor-produced and corporate-produced promotional and marketing materials, as needed. Provides education, coaching, and correction related to the company’s Policies and Procedures, Distributor Contracts, and the Sales Compensation Plan to employees.

What you'll do:

1.    Monitor and review online and related  compliance matters, including distributor social media pages and websites as well as company websites and materials. 
2.    Assist in the company’s product diversion efforts by investigating online sellers.
3.    Monitor and suspend fraudulent orders by Accertify , and respond to related inquiries.
4.    Conduct outbound calls in areas with compliance issues to prevent problems in advance and improve reliability.
5.    Serve as a compliance resource to other employees throughout the company by providing training, education, and consultation regarding compliance issues.
6.    Review and approve company and distributor materials associated with events and other marketing assets, as needed. 
7.    Perform any other responsibilities or projects assigned by Manager  or Vice President of Global Compliance.
8.    Document cases and prepare reports for management, as needed.  
9.    Update management on current issues and/or concerns

What you'll need:

1.    At least 5 years’  industry experience in the area of Distributor Compliance
2.    Education and/or experience with a technical emphasis preferred
3.    Excellent oral and written communication skills
4.    Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
5.    Excellent analytical, problem solving, decision making, and judgmental skills
6.    General understanding of NSE and local markets’  Policies and Procedures, Sales Compensation Plan, and all other programs and regulations, which affect distributors locally and internationally 
7.    English skills (reading and writing) 
8.    Japan Direct Selling Association examination pass is required. 
9.    Ability to maintain confidences
