Your Key Responsibilities Contributes to the implementation of the compliance management strategy and policy of the company in compliance with the applicable legislation and company requirements.Contribute to the compliance management system in prevention, detection and reaction measures.Analyze and evaluate compliance risks together with functions, regions and divisions, and contribute to the creation of mitigation measures.Participate in compliance information management, conduct compliance training, create and maintain instruction material, and encourage compliant behavior.Provide support within the Schaeffler Group Compliance network, initiate and perform compliance investigations.Compile compliance reports, liaise with relevant external stakeholders (e.g. experts, auditors) in accordance with the Manager Compliance.Your Qualifications University degree in Law or Business Administration3 to 5 years
